I have tried losing weight, snore strips, with alcohol, without alcohol, two pillows (from three), one pillow (from two), Snore Extinguisher throat spray, staying on my side while asleep, allergy medication, generic benedryl, and prayer. My boyfriend has to sleep out on the couch because it gets so bad and it makes me feel horrible. Please help!
I’ve tried the nasal strips and they don’t seem to help I’ve tried them by themselves. I have even tried vicks with the nasal strips, to no avail.

How many of you use, or know someone who uses a CPAP machine at night to help them breathe and not to snore?I am very curious about this, since CPAPs save lives all over the world. I think we all need more education on CPAP machines, and we need to spread the word that if people snore or stop breathing at night, they should have a sleep study done. Sleep Apnea causes high blood pressure, can cause strokes and heart attacks. It sometimes makes people have heartburn at night, and makes them sleepy during the day. People can become forgetful or irritated. This is just a short list of all the damage that having untreated sleep apnea can cause.

The sound of chewing, breathing and snoring drives me so crazy I want to scream?
It’s really quite ridiculous. If I’m eating with someone who is chewing loudly (it dosen’t matter wheather they have their mouth open or closed) I have to tell the person to shut up. I feel myself getting really angry inside and just want to ecape from the room. Same happens if someone is breathing heavily or snoring. I can always hear the noise louder than everything else and kind of zone in on it so I can’t not concentrate on it. It makes me so angry I want to either burst out crying, hit the person, shove the food down their throat so they can’t chew loudly or scream at the top of my lungs. Does anybody else feel like this or is it just me being weird?And is there anyway to stop this?
