How to cure a snoring problem?

It is difficult to have someone you want to sleep if you can not sleep! The individual has slept in a hospital, and tries to sleep on the side (to help you) snoring. . . Is there something you can do to alleviate or stop easily? It makes me mad, it really is very strong and it sounds like they once spazing retrieved.

My mother snores very loud too, and we can hear her snores from across the house. I told her to read some free info’s online on how to stop snoring and she starts practicing it, like, sleep and wake up at fix time everyday, it helps a little. Sounds like he’s got Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Did the Sleep Clinic diagnose that?
Anyway, you might wanna try a combo of Nasal Spray (I use Rhinocort but you wanna check with your doctor first) and Breathe Right Nasal Strip. That helps my snoring.
